We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please note the following:

Returns are subject to a R400 return fee per item.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your return.

Please contact us at shoptimeframespply@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full.

Shipping costs are R120 for our standard delivery option, which we fulfill using The Courier Guy.
